At Stepping Stones, we are dedicated to providing individualized support for mental health needs.
Our amazing team of trusted professionals bring expertise in counselling, specialist trauma therapies, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and a range of alternative medicines and wellness practices. They are carefully chosen based on their commitment to our vision as a wellbeing hub, and each practice to the highest standards within their specialist field.
Our Founding Managing Director and Clinical Lead additionally provides a range of online workshops, aimed at improving your wellbeing and enabling you to use independent practices to set you on your way to regaining a sense of balance in life.
Alongside this, she provides a range of CPD workshops and events for professionals working within the mental health and wellbeing arena, aimed at encouraging the development of trauma informed practices, and the advancement of practice to the highest standards.
